ANNUAL SUSTAINABLE AGRICULTURE CONFERENCE

  • Tours of Upstate-area sustainable farms
  • A day-long organic certification class
  • A youth program
  • Over 60 workshops on topics from organic crop production, humane livestock management, and unique farming techniques; to nutrition, seasonal cooking, and grassroots organizing.

The meals, prepared using the best local ingredients, are always a conference highlight.
